| Sean
Crowley has lived in the Bay Area all
of his life. Because of this, concepts like 'organic. seasonal,
and 'local and sustainable'' come naturally for him. Upon discovering
his love for cooking, the restaurants and chefs of the bay area
became Sean's classroom and teachers.
After earning his chops at several Bay Area restaurants Sean enrolled
at the California Culinary Academy, eventually graduating at the
top of his class.
Sean has spent the past several years at Paula La Duc Fine Catering
in Emeryville preparing great food for large and intimate events.
